Check out this little website I stumbled across this morning. It is called http://www.tut.com/
The premise behind the site is that we are all on journey (our lives... sound familiar?) and that it should be as adventurous and fun as possible and since we are in control of our own lives, we are also in control of our destinies. The idea is that what we think, we become or "thoughts become things". Sign up for the free daily notes (to remind us about all this). Take the oath to live fully, with kindness and positive intent. Set goals you want to achieve. What is the worse thing that could happen if you give it a try? Hint: If you want to buy the audible book, I did find it about $6 cheaper on http://www.audible.com/.
Here is why I do it. We are bombarded every day with lots of negative messages and they don't make me feel more joyful (watching the news is a great way to feel worse)! Eliminating all the negative messages in my life is unrealistic, but I can make myself more resilient. Each little moment of joy or positive messages helps me feel like a duck in the rain with the negative messages... they just drip right off my back and don't enter! And it works!
