Want to be more Self Aware?

I just found a great new website! Try it out! It is based on the Johari Window (a way of looking at self awareness/communication). The theory is that the more we know about ourself through feedback and the more we pro-actively manage what we share about ourselves with others through disclosure, the better off we are. The website allows you to try out the concept by asking you to describe yourself, then asking you to ask friends to describe you, and it comes back with Johari window view on you.
