The book is "Quantum Wellness" by Kathy Freston.
She says there are 8 pillars of well being or wellness.
- Meditation (daily)
- Visualisation
- Fun (do something fun each day)
- Concious eating (know where all your food comes from and the processes required to bring it to your table)
- Excercise (a no brainer)
- Self examination (knowing where you need to develop more and doing it)
- Spiritual practise
- Service to others
